Refund & Return Policy
In-stock items: Final sale, no returns.
Custom keycaps: Return within 14 days only for defects or serious issues (buyer pays return shipping). Artisan series are non-refundable.
Order cancellation: Cancel within 12h free; custom orders canceled after 12h will incur 50% fee. Shipped orders cannot be canceled.

Yes! Our keycaps use a standard MX (cross-shaped) stem, making them compatible with most mechanical keyboards (Cherry MX and similar switches).
They fit popular layouts such as 60%, 65%, 75%, TKL, and full-size keyboards.
