Most of our artisan keycaps handmade for 10-15 days, the process is complex for about 20 days, please understand, each artisan keycap is handmade exclusive customized, hope you like!
Refund & Return Policy
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact support@aiheystudio.com before returning an item; request and ship your return within this window. We do not accept exchanges.
Eligibility restrictions apply to custom and artisan products, discounted and final-sale items, and gift cards. Return shipping costs and the 50% restocking fee apply as detailed in our refund policy. For damaged, defective or incorrect items, contact us within 14 days.

Will it fit my keyboard?
Yes! Our keycaps use a standard MX (cross-shaped) stem, making them compatible with most mechanical keyboards (Cherry MX and similar switches).
They fit popular layouts such as 60%, 65%, 75%, TKL, and full-size keyboards.

No. Our keycaps are made with high-quality materials and durable printing techniques designed to resist fading, even with long-term use.
