AiheyStudio Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to AiheyStudio! We highly value your satisfaction and want to ensure you fully understand our return and refund policies before making a purchase. Please review the details below carefully.

General Policy

  • All in-stock and extras purchases are considered final sale.
  • We perform strict QA inspection before shipping to ensure each customer receives a flawless product.
  • Once your order is shipped, we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns

We have a 30-day return window. You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase

Final Sale items, discounted items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Custom & Artisan Products

Custom Keycaps

  • If you receive a defective item or evident quality issue, please contact us within 14 days. We will evaluate and provide return/refund options.
  • If you are severely dissatisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Artisan Series Products

  • Artisan series products are custom-made, one-of-a-kind items crafted specifically for you.
  • These products cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a proven defect.

Order Cancellations

Unshipped Orders

  • In-stock items: Cancellations within 12 hours are free of charge.
  • Customized products: If canceled within 12 hours, a 50% customization cancellation fee will apply.

Shipped Orders

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
  • Eligible products can still be returned after delivery, subject to return policy rules.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please note: banks or credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.
  4. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@aiheystudio.com

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days. We will take care of the issue promptly.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined in our return policy.
