Custom Keycaps Returns

At AiheyStudio, we offer top-quality custom keycaps to our customers. While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, we understand that issues may arise at times.

Quality Issues: If you receive a product with evident quality problems or manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. We will provide options for returns and refunds.

Severe Dissatisfaction: If you are severely dissatisfied with a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. We will make every effort to address your concerns and offer options for returns and refunds.

Artisan Series Products

Artisan series products are our one-of-a-kind, customized products crafted specifically to your requirements. Due to the unique nature of these products, tailored to your preferences and design, we are unable to accept returns for artisan series products. These products are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold.

If you have not received your shipment

About unshipped order cancellation (customized product cancellation policy)

Please note that you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing the order, especially for customized products (artisan keycaps or other customized products) we will charge 50% of the customized cancellation fee, if it is a product in stock to cancel we don't charge a cancellation fee.
About canceling an order that has already been shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled, but you can return them after you receive the goods, please understand that our customized products will be charged a certain customization fee.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that for returns in the above situations, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
