Our logistics partner is Yunexpress, China Post, TAKESEND... they deliver the parcels from China to your country and your country's logistics provider will receive them, such as DHL, DPD, UPS, etc.

Shipping Time:

In-Stock Items:

  • Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • (Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.)

Custom Items:

  • Custom-made products require additional time for production and testing. The estimated shipping time is typically 15 business days.

  • For special custom orders (e.g., unique designs, colors), the production time may take 30-50 days.

  • We will keep you informed throughout the production process and update you on the progress.

Pre-Order Items:

  • Pre-order items will be shipped within 10-15 business days after the pre-sale period ends.

  • We will make every effort to ship as soon as possible once the pre-sale period concludes.

Special Notice: Our team operates from Monday to Friday. We rest on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), so if you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed starting the following Monday. We appreciate your understanding!

Delivery time and tracking

Most international orders arrive within 15 calendar days after dispatch, but delivery varies by destination. Please use the regional estimates below:

  • United States: 10–15 business days.

  • Europe: approximately 15 calendar days.

  • Asia, including Southeast Asia: approximately 10 calendar days.

  • Other countries and regions: 15–20 calendar days.

Delivery estimates start after dispatch and exclude order processing and production. They are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

All shipments are trackable. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. Track your order.

Friendly Reminder: To ensure timely delivery, please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. Any delays will be communicated promptly, and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

We appreciate your ongoing support. In an effort to provide better service and maintain the health of our business, we need to make some adjustments to our shipping policies.

To ensure sustainable operations, we are updating our shipping fees as follows:

  • For regular products shipped to Europe and the United States, a flat shipping fee of US$3.99 applies to every order, including orders of US$24 or more. Free shipping does not apply to these destinations.

  • For regular products shipped to Australia, Canada, China, Greenland, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong SAR, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Macao SAR, Malaysia, Mayotte, Mexico, Myanmar, New Zealand, the Philippines, Réunion, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam, shipping is US$3.99 for orders below US$24 and free for orders of US$24 or more. All other supported destinations have a flat shipping fee of US$3.99, regardless of order value. All amounts are in US dollars (USD).

  • Please note that oversized figurines and other products assigned to our bulky-item shipping category have a shipping fee of US$9.99, regardless of order value. This replaces the standard shipping fee for those items, and free shipping does not apply. Orders combining regular products and bulky items may have combined shipping charges, as displayed at checkout.

Customs Fees
Aihey Studio is not responsible for any customs clearance fees. The buyer is solely liable for such charges (although in most cases, there are no additional customs fees depending on the logistics provider).

Shipping Liability
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Aihey Studio is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage that may occur in transit. All liability during transportation rests with the carrier. If you encounter issues, please reach out to us, and we will help you communicate with the logistics provider to the best of our ability.
