To ensure sustainable operations, we are updating our shipping fees as follows:

  • For orders exceeding $20, we will provide free delivery worldwide.
  • For orders below $20, there will be a flat shipping fee of $3.99 globally. However, please note that during checkout, the shopping cart will display additional shipping fees of $3.99 for specific countries, determined by the charges imposed by logistics providers.
  • Please note that, due to the unique nature of figurine products, an additional shipping fee of $3.99 will apply to oversized figurines.

Transportation time:

Depending on the logistics shipping time, it will probably take more than 10 days, the normal is within 10-20 days, in any case if you have not received the logistics of the dynamics of a long time please contact us.

Aihey Studio is NOT responsible for custom clearance fee, the buyer will be liable for the charges of the custom clearance.(Depending on the service provided by our logistics provider, there are usually no customs clearance fees to pay)

Aihey Studio is NOT responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Once we hand your package off the shipping carrier we indemnify ourselves from lost or damaged packages.
