In-Stock Items:

• Orders for in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.

Custom Items:

• Custom-made products require additional time for production and testing. The estimated shipping time is typically 15 business days.
• For special custom orders (e.g., unique designs, colors), the production time may take 30-50 days.
• We will keep you informed throughout the production process and update you on the progress.

Pre-Order Items:

• Pre-order items will be shipped within 10-15 business days after the pre-sale period ends.
• We will make every effort to ship as soon as possible once the pre-sale period concludes.

Special Notice: Our team operates from Monday to Friday. We rest on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), so if you place an order over the weekend, it will be processed starting the following Monday. We appreciate your understanding!

Transportation Time

Aihey Studio is not responsible for any customs clearance fees. The buyer is solely liable for such charges (although in most cases, there are no additional customs fees depending on the logistics provider).
