Design Concept

The EVA Ayanami Rei Keycap Set is inspired by the iconic character Ayanami Rei and Unit-00 from Neon Genesis Evangelion, combining futuristic mecha anime aesthetics with modern mechanical keyboard customization. This keycap set contrasts Rei's serene, cool-blue pilot presence with mysterious dark mechanical elements, offering both a light Standard design and a captivating Shadow Effect.

The design captures the quiet depth and psychological narrative of the EVA universe, where pilot duty meets biomechanical intrigue. By integrating NERV emergency interfaces, SEELE monolith icons, Japanese Katakana sub-legends, and character portrait artwork, this set transforms your keyboard into an authentic EVA tactical command terminal.

The dual-tone concept allows users to express different visual moods: the clean, icy sky-blue and white palette reflects Rei’s gentle, classic uniform aesthetic, while the stark black and crimson accents bring out an intense, mysterious Shadow Effect across the desk.
